Community Leader Kirat’s Journey at ZEALUNITY

Meet Kirat — The First Face of ZEALUNITY

Before ZEALUNITY was even officially born, Kirat was already shaping its future. As our very first model, she helped build this creative space from the ground up—and over the years, she has become not just a model, but a community leader, mentor, and example of what it means to grow with intention.

Kirat’s story began in India, where modeling was often seen as a disapproved or "bad" profession—especially for women. It wasn’t respected or encouraged by her community. But when she moved to Canada, everything shifted.

“At first, it was just selfies and home content. I didn’t think it would go anywhere, I was just expressing myself.”

That self-expression quickly gained momentum. As ZEALUNITY grew, so did Kirat’s confidence and exposure. Photographers began reaching out, local creatives wanted to collaborate, and each tagged photo began building her image as a trustworthy, creative force.

“Getting tagged by others makes you look reliable—it’s like a public review. People feel safe working with you when they see you're connected to the community.”

Over the past four years, Kirat’s journey with ZEAL has turned into something powerful. She’s now booking shoots outside of our platform, using her content as a professional portfolio, and applying to campaigns that once felt out of reach.

In 2024, she walked in Kelowna Fashion Week as an applied model. By 2025, she was personally invited back—and this time, she was asked to grace the front cover of a major promotional campaign.

“It felt like things had come full circle. All those little moments—every home shoot, every collab—I've built this. Now I can look back and actually see how far I’ve come.”

What You Can Learn from Kirat’s Story:

  • Start with what you have. A phone and a clear intention can go a long way.
  • Community is key. Tagging others, collaborating, and building real relationships adds credibility.
  • Your content is your portfolio. Every image tells your story—make it count.
  • Growth takes time. Four years of steady effort turned into invitations, covers, and career milestones.
  • You are your brand. The way you show up online reflects what people feel about you offline.
